When you send an inquiry

We collect the name, email address, project type, and message you provide. You may also choose to share a phone number, project date, location, or budget range. We use these details to review your request, respond to you, and discuss or manage a potential project.

Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Please avoid including passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in your message.

Where inquiries are kept

Inquiries are stored in our website’s database on Cloudflare infrastructure through Sites. Access to the website’s inquiry inbox is restricted to the site owner. We use account authentication and server-side access checks to protect that inbox.

We retain inquiries while they are relevant to handling the request and our business records. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted.

Site delivery and spam prevention

Our hosting providers process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website. The inquiry form uses a hidden spam field and a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. The form does not save your raw IP address in its inquiry records. Rate-limit records expire after the relevant hourly window and are removed during subsequent submissions.

Instagram and linked services

Some pages include Instagram posts or link to Instagram, Pixieset, GradeLens, and Grace Between. Instagram embeds load content from Meta, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details and may use cookies under its own policies. These external services operate under their own privacy policies.

Owner sign-in

The Studio area uses Sign in with ChatGPT. Sites provides authenticated identity information so we can limit access to the website owner. Visitors do not need to sign in to browse the website or send an inquiry.
